???? Role: Head Of PMO
???? Location: Egypt-Remote

Key Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise-wide strategy for manpower planning and operational resource management across all project-based operations.

Oversee procurement activities tied to project execution, ensuring timely sourcing of labor, services, and essential tools.

Act as the primary liaison with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure project managers are fully supported with resources.

Provide Top management with dashboards and reports on project Operations and tracking

Ensure that all project deliverables for the clients are delivered on the agreed timeline

Job Requirements: -

· 20+ years of leadership experience in enterprise resource planning and operations
· Background in multi-departmental or group-level resource , Project and program management experience
· Strong familiarity with KSA procurement regulations and government contracts (if applicable)
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent
